■Simon Krusell (Elektron Music machines, Tokyo/Sweden)
Simon Krusell, hailing from the west coast of Sweden, had his first vinyl release when he was only 16 years old. Growing up on a steady dose of classical music, through his mother who played the violin as well as piano, coupled with the bourgeoning European rave scene in the mid 90s, all made a heavy mark on a young Simon as he immediately started composing on his own, as well as DJing. He has also hosted his own FM radio show at the end of the 90s as well as doing club promotion and today he is settled in Tokyo, Japan, where he plays shows regularly and also runs the Japanese office of Elektron Music Machines, the cult synthesizer and drum machine manufacturer.

スウェーデンの西海岸に生まれたサイモン・クルセル（Simon Krusell）は、わずか16歳の時に初めてレコードをリリースした。彼のバックボーンにはヴァイオリンとピアノの教師であった母親があり、幼少の頃よりクラシック音楽に精通しながらも、並行して90年代半ばのヨーロッパのレイヴシーンに触れてきた。これらすべての要素が若きサイモンに多大な印象を与え、作曲やDJといった活動に取りかかるまでに時間を要することはなかった。そして彼は90年代末には自身のFMラジオ局を立ち上げ、クラブ・プロモーションに多くの功績を残した。
今日では東京へと居を移し、カルト的な人気を誇るシンセサイザー・ドラムマシンメーカーであるElektron Music Machinesの日本支社を設立。定期的なパフォーマンスを行い様々な面からミュージックシーンへ関わり続けている。

* JOIX**is an experienced Deep Techno Producer & Liveact Performer from Mannheim (near Heidelberg, Frankfurt), Germany, originally from Berlin. His onstage history exceeds 20 years (spanning from raves to clubs like the Tresor in Berlin and radio stations like Evosonic) and for quite a while he co-organized legendary events such as the “Harlequins Castle” festivals in the rural woodlands of Souther Germany.
His sound is deeply influenced by electronic music from Detroit, Berlin and Frankfurt and can mostly be descriped as Deep Techno with phat basslines, strange soundscapes and drifty beats.

15年以上のライブアクトとしてのキャリアを持つJoerg Jochims ことJOIXは、90年代のテクノの新しい音の世界の虜になり、96年、自身の楽曲の製作をスタートさせた。現在まで、活動の拠点を工業都市マンハイムに置いている。９０年代 “Der 7. Weg”のメンバーとして活動、キャリアを積み、97年から03年までに、Tresor. BerlinやHarlequins Castleでのフェス、Evosonicといったラジオ局でパフォーマンスを行い、これらの活動は、CDだけでなくヴァイナルでリリースされている。2009年より、JOIXという名のプライベート・スタジオの運営を開始。彼の音楽は、基本的にデトロイト、ベルリン、フランクフルトのエレクトロニック・ミュージックに影響を受けており、彼のDEEPかつエモーショナルなテクノの特徴的な点は、ファットなベースライン、独自の音像、流れて行くかのようなビートにある。彼は、楽曲のほとんどをアナログ・モジュラー・シンセサイザーで製作し、それが彼のサウンドのキーとなっている。また、ライブ機材は、アナログ・サウンド・モジュール、キーボード 、PCから構成されており、このシステムは、クラブに機能的な音楽と同時に実験的な音楽を作り出すことを可能にしている。それは、ライブアクトでありながら、Djのように状況に応じたプログラムに変えていくことを可能にしているということである。近年は、このシステムにディジュリドゥを加え、エレクトロニック・ダンスミュージックの深淵の世界へ人々を導いている。彼の音楽にふれる一番の方法は、ライブを体感することであることは間違いない。

■BODIL (Node/Contakt)
様々なユニットを経て、2003年より関西を中心に活動を開始。テクノ、ハードミニマルのサウンドにアナログシンセ、ヴォーカル、メタルパーカッション等のライブパフォーマンスをおこない話題を集めてきたが、2014年よりシンセ・ニューウェイヴをコンセプトにキーボディストのサポートメンバーを加え、完全ヴォーカルスタイルの新生BODILとして活動を行っている。
今年一月、石野卓球氏主宰の「STERNE@渋谷Womb」に出演を果たし話題を呼ぶ。

■RYOMA SASAKI (Transit records Kyoto)
Ryoma is a track maker and DJ who is well known in the Japanese underground. He started his career as a musician in the early 90’s. He has had a lot of experience in a variety of underground bands as a guitarist and vocalist. He then started to participate in the club music scene playing live and DJing, and was nominated as a finalist of the Roland Groove Competition in 2000. He currently plays an active part in the Kansai scene, playing live and DJing in Kyoto and Osaka, and organizing the locally famous event Undermine at Kyoto’s legendary Club Metro. His strong livesets have an excellent reputation and he has played with prolific domestic and international artists including Juan Atkins aka Model 500, Underground Resistance, Jeff Mills, Carl Craig, Terrence Parker, Laurent Garnier, Stefan Goldmann, Andy Vaz, Gunne&Zuckermann, DJ3000, Rennie Foster, Hiroshi Watanabe aka Kaito(Kompakt/Transmat), , Bee Lincoln and many more. In 2009 he started to run his own record shop “Transit Records Kyoto” and as of next year started to run his own label, Transit Records. The first release was Detroit legend Terrence Parker’s “Beautiful Life” 12” with remixes by myself (Ryoma Sasaki) and another Kyoto artist, DJ Itoi. And second release was the own title “Transit EP” including a remix of his track by Tagträumer² (Black Fox Music/Rauschzeit). After it, He released Stefan Goldmann’s brilliant track “Empty Suit” as the 3rd release. The 4th release was the coupling EP with Hiroshi Watanabe(Kompakt/Transmat) and 5th release was the coupling EP with Bee Lincoln. Now the label is preparing for 6th vinyl release including Gunne, Zuckermann’s remixes, it will be out in spring.
Until now, he did the Germany tour 7 times, played at not only famous clubs like Tresor. Berlin, Cookies, Renate, but also many underground clubs like Golden Gate, Silvergold.

90年代初頭より本格的に音楽活動を開始。現在、主に、Live PA/Djとして活動中。 2007年、カナダのレーベル・Dirty Worksより、チャートで上位を獲得し、長期にわたってチャート・イン するロングラン・ヒットを記録したアルバム”Calling of Amon”をリリース。そして、その後も コンスタントに楽曲をリリースし、2011年よりVinyl レーベル・Transit Records Kyotoをスタート。ファースト・リリースとして、デトロイトのレジェンドDJの一人、Terrrence Parkerの 作品を、2013年にはレーベルの第2弾として、自身の作品”Transit EP” (Tagtrumer Remix収 録)をリリースした。2015年には、Hiroshi Watanabe氏とのカップリングEP “The Bridge of Sounds EP”、そして昨年には、ベルリンの気鋭のアーティストBee Lincolnとともに”Transition EP”を リリースした。
2011年から現在に至るまで、計7回のドイツでのDJツアーを行い、テクノ・ミニマル系最高峰クラブのTresor. Berlinをはじめ、Wilde Renate、GoldenGate、Cookies、Chalet、Crack Bellmer、Cassiopeia、Mikz、Molox等々、ベ ルリンの主要クラブに出演している。また、フランクフルト、ハンブルグ等のアンダーグラウンドな クラブやハイデルベルク郊外の数千人規模の山頂でのフェス等、幅広く出演している。また、2014 年、南西ドイツ放送(Sdwestfunk)の番組で、自身とTransit Records Kyotoが取り上げられ 約30分の番組として放送された。
近日、ベルリンの名門レーベルLebensfreudeのGunneとZuckermannのリミックスを収録したVinylリリース作品”Without End Hour EP”(TR-005)をリリース予定。
