The Utsubo Park Rose Festival is a hugely popular community festival held when the park is ablaze with roses in full bloom. With free entertainment and lots of fun activities, the Rose Festa welcomes over 30,000 people every year. Enjoy concerts in the rose garden, local cafes, a market along a row of zelkova trees, and guided tours where you can learn all about the roses. There will be folk dances, entertaining games for kids, and more.
