Located near the iconic Tower of the Sun landmark in the Banpaku Kinenkoen Park, this museum houses some 12,000 artefacts related to the different cultures and ethnic groups around the world. You can easily spend a few hours here. There are some free to view areas, but entry to the main exhibition hall is ¥420 for adults and free for children. Entrance to the special exhibition hall will incur a separate fee. There is a restaurant on site.

営業時間: 10am to 5pm (last admission at 4:30pm)
定休日: Wednesdays. When Wednesday falls on a National Holiday, the Museum is closed on the following day. The Museum is also closed from December 28 to January 4.
