Ishiyama Temple

Approximately 1,000 maple trees show their autumn colors at Ishiyama-dera. Enjoy the magnificent view of the crimson-golden foliage from the main hall balcony and the colorful reflection on the adjacent pond. It takes about one hour to tour around the temple grounds so make sure to arrive well before closing time.
