Ikoma Shrine

Located at the foot of Ikoma Mountain, the historical Ikoma Shrine has been referenced in literature from the 5th century. The highlight of the festival takes place in the afternoon of the 12th as men carry flaming torches while racing down the stone steps to pay respect to the gods.
