Kitayama Station and Surroundings

This family-friendly Halloween event is in its 22nd year running with a costume parade, pumpkin-carving contest, handcraft market, and more. The costume parade takes place on Kitayama Street from 1pm on the 27th. To participate, register at the main booth located at the Garden of Fine Arts from 11am.
