Iga City Ueno Tenmangu & Surroundings

More than a hundred masked demons roam the town of Iga during this 400-year old festival which features nine danjiri festival floats, each with a small orchestra to entertain and appease the gods. The demon procession and danjiri parade can be seen in the afternoon on the 19th and from 9am to late afternoon on the 20th.
