Kahitsukan – Kyoto Museum of Contemporary Art

This exhibition features a selection of some 100 works by Kyoto-born artist Kitaoji, who began his artistic career in calligraphy before branching his talents out into the worlds of ceramics, painting, lacquerware, and metalwork. Pieces will be presented in five categories: pottery, calligraphy, tea, flowers, and food.
