Have you ever wanted to drink and dine like the aristocrats of yore? “Afternoon tea” is a famous worldwide cultural phenomenon that originated in the UK. This exhibition covers everything about the storied tradition, from the history of tea itself to the beginning of “afternoon tea” and how this activity spread to the masses. In addition to introducing the world of tea, other visually stunning items such as elegant dresses of the 1800s and 1900s will be on display. The exhibition consists of about 300 teas and looks in total, as well as tea utensils such as tea sets and silverware, prints and books related to tea, and more.

Access: From JR Sumiyoshi or Hanshin Uozaki, take the Rokko Liner to Island Center Station.
