A triple-bill of metal bands featuring Anthem, an influential Japanese heavy-metal band formed in the 80s, alongside Loudness and Earthshaker. Eighties metal band Sabbrabells will also be playing after reforming in 2015, joining Anthem in a celebration of 30 years since Anthem’s debut album. The third band will be newcomers Lovebites, an all-girl metal band. Lovebites is receiving international acclaim, especially in the UK where they were just awarded the UK’s Metal Hammer Golden Gods award for Best New Band. If you like old-school metal (even Lovebites have been likened to Iron Maiden) then this is the gig for you.
