Ishiyamadera Temple

Enjoy moonlit nights at Ishiyamadera Temple where the author of {The Tale of Genji} wrote the epic tale while looking at the reflection of the moon on Lake Biwa. A total of 2,000 lanterns and candles will be lit up as visitors enjoy theatrical shows about {The Tale of Geniji} and live music concerts.
