Spectacular dragon and lion dances take over the center of Kobe as Nankin Machi celebrates Chinese New Year. Watch the Chinese Opera parade starting from 12:30pm on the 5th featuring participants in vibrant costumes, and take photos with Guan Yu the god of success in business.
