Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine

Witness the elegant parade that recreates scenes from the imperial court in the 9th century. Five hundred people holding paper lanterns and dressed in special attire join in a procession to the subsidiary shrine before dawn. The procession goes back to the main shrine in the evening.
