Daian-ji Temple

Held to commemorate Emperor Konin from the late 8th century, this event has women in beautiful kimono serve ceremonial {sake} in a bamboo container over fire. Those who have paid admission to the main hall (¥400) can receive the cup of {sake} which has been regarded as anti-cancer medication based on tradition.
