Raymond Savignac, popularly known by his last name only, was an influential 20th-century French graphic artist known for his commercial posters, which he created for big-name brands like Perrier, Dunlop, and Cinzano. His charming works are characterized by their vivid colors, bold designs, and humorous simplicity, and often work as visual gags to inspire laughter or curiosity about the product at hand. Savignac designed such commissions over the course of his 50-year career. This exhibition features approximately 90 of the artist’s posters alongside photos, rough sketches, and related publications, giving visitors the chance to gain a well-rounded perspective of his legacy.
