Kawayu Onsen

A giant open-air natural hotspring is dug on the banks of the Ohtou River. Lanterns light up the outdoor bathing area on Saturdays. A related religious festival is scheduled on January 12th, where paper-mache dolls and other motifs are displayed alongside the onsen.
