Heian Shrine

Known for its gigantic torii gate, Heian Jingu also boasts a beautiful Japanese garden designed in ancient court style. On this day the garden is open to the public for free, and visitors can enjoy the 2,000 sweet flag plants in 200 varieties in full bloom.
