Club Quattro

The Royal Concept came together in 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden. They released their debut album Goldrushed in 2013, followed by the 2015 Smile before disbanding. Coming back together in 2018 to work on new music, they had intended this year’s album The Man Without Qualities to be their last. But after switching labels, they got a second wind and decided to continue by booking live dates in Europe and Asia. Online music review magazine Dancing About Architecture described the new album as “more mature than the band’s previous releases, with a little bit of carryover but with more climaxes and emotion as well as showing more of a psychadelic side of their sound.” As well as their albums, The Royal Concept has also enjoyed success with their music being used in a number of computer games and television shows.
